Licensed HCV lead assessor (by HCVRN) - HCV social and culture specialist, Social expert, RSPO lead assessor, FSC lead assessor. Dwi Rahmad Muhtaman graduated with a degree in Social Economy from IPB in Bogor and got a Master’s degree from Auburn University in Public Administration. He has considerable experience in project planning & management, sustainability assessment and appraisal in Indonesia, having been involved in numerous studies and consultancy projects over the past 20 years. He is especially knowledgeable in the area of forest certification, HCVs assessment, eco-labeling, socio-economic analysis, and social audits and has been involved in the development of HCVF toolkit for Indonesia and its audit/assessment. His particular expertise lie in forestry issues, especially with regard to the social aspects thereof. Dwi is a member of Technical Panel of HCV Network based in Oxford, UK and founder and Chairman of Executive Board of Jaringan Nilai Konservasi Tinggi Indonesia (HCV Network Indonesia).For the last 20 years he has been included as the social expert on several certification forest audits/assessments for both plantation, natural forest concessions. For the last five years Dwi has been participating in variety of oil palm plantation assessment for social and environmental standards including RSPO standards. Dwi has also been involved in HCV identification as lead assessor approved by RSPO, Social Impact Assessment (SIA), and Café Practices verification program. Dwi is the founder of Aksenta Consulting—a consulting group and socio-enviro enterprise; Dwi is founder and Director of PT Re.Mark Asia.

Certification Specialist & Lead auditor. Received a bachelor degree from the Faculty of Forestry, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in 1995. Kick started his career at the forestry consultancy company PT Pro Natres Development as a junior consultant for projects related to feasibility studies, EIAs and field surveys in the forestry sector from 1995 to 1996. He then joined the production forest management (HPH/IUPHK) and integrated timber industry company PT Kiani Lestari (Kalimanis Group) as Head Section of Forestry Planning and GIS, responsible for coordinating sustainable forest management from 1996 to 2001. Issues of environmental sustainability and green label certification which emerged in 2000 attracted him to join TUV Rheinland Indonesia as an international company working in the certification business.Starting as a project engineer (auditor) at TUV Rheinland Indonesia in 2001, in the same year he was promoted as Project Manager for Forest Certification. In 2009, he was promoted as Deputy General Manager for Forestry and Agriculture certification which covered sustainable forest management and chain of custody for timber products, and agricultural certification especially oil palm (including RSPO and supply chain certification, ISPO and ISCC). He is currently qualified as a Lead auditor for the Environmental Management System ISO 14001, Lead auditor for quality system management ISO 9001, auditor for occupational health and safety OHSAS 18001, auditor for forest management and chain of custody certification from FSC, PEFC, LEI and the Indonesian Government mandatory standards of PHPL and VLK, auditor for RSPO and ISCC. He was recently qualified as a HCV team leader and RSPO specialist. After joining TUV Rheinland Indonesia for 11 years, he decided to establish and develop PT Re.Mark Asia.

Director of Finance and Accounting. Graduated as a Master of Management in 2004 from Trisakti University and bachelor graduated in 1994 from Diponegoro University. Then work on PT Alcatel-Lucent, Jakarta, 2004 - 2010 as a Project Financial Controller with responsibilities: Plan, implement and report orders, sales, financial statements and cash flow; Review project cost and project profitability, Approve invoice request, follow up payment and its reconciliation, Approve Purchase Request, Purchase Order and other expenses, Create, review and close in SAP WBS structure. Earlier in PT Alcatel-Lucent (1995-2004) she was a Contract Administration & Supply Chain officer. Responsibility: Ensure contractual requirements such as orders, sales, invoices, provisional acceptance certificates, bank guarantees, letters of credit or are fulfilled and running smoothly; Follow-up equipment from foreign delivery unit; Coordinate with internal and external customers; Report to expatriate Program Director .Ela has attended various trainings include: Financial Principles (Kuala Lumpur), SAP on Track, Contract, Finance and Commercial, Financial Modeling using Microsoft Excel, Financial Management and Letter of Credit and taxation. Ela also follow several language course such as Italian, French and Spanish.Start working in PT Remark Asia since 2011 as Finance & Administration Manager. Her main responsibility include: Ensure contractual requirements are running smoothly; Verify invoice, follow-up payment and its reconciliation; Verify expense report, payment to vendors, maintain financial documents and data; Verify, pay and report tax; Review project cost and project profitability; Report financial statement such as balance sheet, profit and loss; Manage office, human resources & general affair activities.

Expert on Socio-Cultural Aspects, Community Organizing and Antropolog. Holds a bachelor degree in Soil Science from the Faculty of Agriculture, Bogor Agricultural University. Attended conservation workshops from the Lembaga Ekolabel Indonesia (LEI), Botanic Garden Conservation International (BGCI), CIFOR, Tropenbos International Indonesia Programme, Forest VLK Auditor Training and ISPO Auditor Training. Provided consultancy services for many projects including the Land Evaluation Project, Soil and Water Conservation projects from 1997 to 2010; Performance Evaluation of PHAPL IUPHHK from 2005 to 2009 for IUPHHK-HA in West Papua, East Kalimantan, West Kalimantan and South East Sulawesi; EIA projects for IUPHHK-HA in North Maluku in 2009; Masterplan Development for Rivershed-Based Forest and Land Management in East Java in 2010; and Masterplan Development for Land Conservation and Social Welfare in South Sulawesi in 2011. Actively involved in HCV Identification and Assessment activities for several oil palm plantations in East Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan in 2011, South Sumatera and South Kalimantan in 2012, and North Sumatera and West Kalimantan in 2013. Also involved in a Gap Analysis and Facilitation of ISPO project at a oil palm plantation in Sumatera in 2012; Gap Analysis, Facilitation of ISPO and RSPO at a oil palm plantation in West Kalimantan in 2013; a ISPO Stage-2 Certification main assessment project at a oil palm plantation in West Kalimantan in 2012; and a RSPO Stage-1 Certification projects at a oil palm plantation in Riau in 2013.
