Graduated as a Master of Management in 2004 from Trisakti University and bachelor graduated in 1994 from Diponegoro University. Then work on PT Alcatel-Lucent, Jakarta, 2004 – 2010 as a Project Financial Controller with responsibilities: Plan, implement and report orders, sales, financial statements and cash flow; Review project cost and project profitability, Approve invoice request, follow up payment and its reconciliation, Approve Purchase Request, Purchase Order and other expenses, Create, review and close in SAP WBS structure. Earlier in PT Alcatel-Lucent (1995-2004) she was a Contract Administration & Supply Chain officer. Responsibility: Ensure contractual requirements such as orders, sales, invoices, provisional acceptance certificates, bank guarantees, letters of credit or are fulfilled and running smoothly; Follow-up equipment from foreign delivery unit; Coordinate with internal and external customers; Report to expatriate Program Director .

Ela has attended various trainings include: Financial Principles (Kuala Lumpur), SAP on Track, Contract, Finance and Commercial, Financial Modeling using Microsoft Excel, Financial Management and Letter of Credit and taxation. Ela also follow several language course such as Italian, French and Spanish.

Start working in PT Remark Asia since 2011 as Finance & Administration Manager. Her main responsibility include: Ensure contractual requirements are running smoothly; Verify invoice, follow-up payment and its reconciliation; Verify expense report, payment to vendors, maintain financial documents and data; Verify, pay and report tax; Review project cost and project profitability; Report financial statement such as balance sheet, profit and loss; Manage office, human resources & general affair activities.
