Born in Cirebon, April 30, 1976. Farobi is a lecturer in the Department of Economics Environmental Resource, Faculty of Economics and Management, Bogor Agricultural University and served as Secretary of the Regional Development Program Management Studies, Graduate School of IPB. Farobi earned his Bachelor of Agriculture from Department of Agricultural Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, Bogor Agricultural University in 1997. In 2003, he continued the master’s program in Master of Planning and Public Policy, Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. Recently, he is pursuing a Doctoral programs at the Faculty of Economics and Management at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
He was involved in social studies activities Impact of Palm Oil Company since 2006, in cooperation with PT. Aksenta and OXFAM Netherlands. He is currently serves as auditor Expert Team for the RSPO and ISPO at TUV Nord Indonesia and Socio-Economic Expert Team for Remarks Asia. He is also a Committee Member Certification AJA Impartiality PT Indonesia.
